Job Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements.

- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to gather information and develop customized proposals.

- Write, edit, and review proposal content, executive summaries, and solution documents.

- Develop compelling value propositions and proposal presentations.

- Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.

- Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

- Maintain proposal templates, reusable content, and documentation.

- Conduct quality checks for grammar, formatting, and consistency.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor information to improve proposal quality.





Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Proposal Writing, Presales, or Bid Management.

- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into customer-friendly proposals.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

- Experience with Proposal Management tools or CRM is an added advantage.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
