: We are looking for a diligent and organized Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, ensuring that all proposals are submitted accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyse tender or proposal documents to understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and other departments to gather necessary information for Enquiries or tender submissions.
- Prepare and compile tender/proposal documents, including technical and commercial proposals.




- Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements and company standards
- Review and analyse competitor bids and market conditions.
- Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and risk assessments for tenders or enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all tender/enquiries requirements and company standards.
- Submit tender/proposals within the required deadlines.
- Follow up on submitted tenders/proposals and communicate with clients to provide additional information or clarifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders/proposals and track their status and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Continuously improve proposal processes and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
