Job Summary

We are seeking a Proposal Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for sheet metal, electric motors, and heavy fabrication projects. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with internal departments, and submitting competitive proposals while ensuring technical and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer enquiries, RFQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for sheet metal, electric motors, and heavy fabrication projects.
- Analyze customer drawings, BOMs, and technical requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.




- Prepare cost sheets, pricing calculations, and quotation documents.

Required Skills

- Experience in proposal preparation for sheet metal fabrication, electric motors, and heavy fabrication.
- Robust knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, machining, laser cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation, cost estimation, and material take-off (MTO).
