Hiring: Proposal Engineer | Water & Wastewater Industry

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join a leading organization in the Water & Wastewater Treatment sector.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 1–5 Years (Only candidates with Water & Wastewater industry experience)

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client inquiries, tender documents, and technical specifications to understand project requirements.

Perform process design, equipment sizing, and selection for WTP, ETP, STP, MBBR, UF, and RO plants.

Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs;, and layout concepts.

Develop accurate cost estimates for proposed technical solutions.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain technical inputs and competitive quotations.

Collaborate with engineering, sales teams,



and clients to ensure timely submission of technically sound and competitive proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.

Strong knowledge of RO, UF, MBBR, STP, ETP, and WTP systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and familiarity with AutoCAD.

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
