Experienced engineering and commercial skilled seeking opportunities in Proposal Management within the Piping Products industry. Skilled in preparing techno-commercial proposals, reviewing customer specifications, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and sales teams, and delivering competitive, compliant bids within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for piping products, including pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and related accessories.
- Analyze RFQs, customer specifications, project requirements, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, production, and sales teams to develop accurate cost estimates and technical solutions.
- Prepare cost calculations, pricing strategies, and commercial quotations while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
- Clarify technical and commercial queries with customers and support bid negotiations.
- Maintain proposal documentation, bid records,



and contract-related information.
- Support handover of awarded projects to execution teams for smooth project initiation.
- Monitor bid schedules and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve bid success rates.
