Role Description The Prompt Engineer will design, test, and refine prompts for AI tools to support recruitment, talent matching, and digital skills training. This full-time role is on-site in Bengaluru and involves collaborating with recruiters, trainers, and content teams to create AI-driven workflows that improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching use cases, drafting and iterating prompts, documenting best practices, and optimizing prompts based on performance data and user feedback.



The role also includes supporting internal teams in using AI tools effectively, ensuring prompts align with ethical standards and non-discriminatory practices, and contributing to process automation and knowledge base development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in prompt design, prompt optimization, and working with modern AI tools and language models.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven experimentation for testing and refining prompts.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical documentation, explicit written communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in understanding recruitment workflows, talent assessment processes, or HR operations (experience in talent platforms is an advantage).
- Candidates should possess skills in basic scripting or automation tools, productivity platforms, and an aptitude for learning new digital technologies.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills; experience with AI/ML tools, chatbots, or content automation is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all AI outputs.
