About the Role

Homework Design Studio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee the execution of luxury residential interior projects. This is a site-based role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution across one or more interior project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, marble installers, POP teams, and other contractors.
- Ensure all work is executed exactly as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Monitor quality at every stage and immediately rectify execution issues.
- Plan daily work schedules and ensure project timelines are met.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain daily progress reports with photographs and site updates.




- Attend site meetings with clients, designers, and vendors whenever required.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while keeping the design intent intact.
- Ensure sites remain organised, safe, and professionally managed.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 years of experience supervising residential interior projects.
- Strong understanding of carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, tiling, marble, painting, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and other basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
