Nature of Work: The project scientist will work on the national quantum mission sponsored project towards realization of a silicon qubit-based quantum computer.

Desirable research background includes

1. CMOS Device and RF Circuit Design
2. CMOS Device and RF Circuit measurements
3. RCMOS Layout Design
4. RFSoC programming involving ADC/DAC
5. Dilution Refrigerator based Cryogenic Electronics and Quantum Experiments

Eligibility: Doctoral Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics or Physics with specialization in Electronics. Those with PhD thesis submission proof can also apply but they will be paid SRF salary until provision degree certificate is provided. Starting minimum salary for fresh PhDs Rs. 71,120 including HRA. Depending on the years of post-PhD experience, starting level and increments will be decided as per DST norms.
