Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Faridabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, including scoping requirements, defining timelines, and coordinating resources across internal teams and external vendors. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure each event is delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include tracking progress, resolving issues, coordinating inspections and approvals, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvements,



support risk management, and ensure alignment with Thrivora Creations’ creative vision and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, with experience in planning, organizing, and delivering complex, deadline-driven projects.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to effectively track, follow up, and ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and vendor commitments.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to support quality checks, compliance with specifications, and adherence to company and client standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, venue requirements, equipment, and in office operations.
- Relevant experience in event management, operations, or related project-based environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
