About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering residential and commercial real estate projects on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The role involves managing project schedules, contractors, consultants, statutory compliance, project budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring productive project execution and successful handover.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall site execution.
- Supervise civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Review BOQs, contractor bills, project costs, and procurement activities.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and efficient resource utilization.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.
