We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Program Manager to lead program governance and delivery for an enterprise AI Assist initiative. The role will coordinate business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, QA teams, external technology partners, and leadership to ensure that the program is delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and business objectives.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and coordinating stakeholders across onshore, offshore, and Pacific Time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the overall program governance framework.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and release schedule.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate activities across business analysts, developers, QA analysts, reporting teams, and external partners.
- Track program risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain program status reports, delivery dashboards, and executive updates.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure that requirements, priorities, timelines, and acceptance criteria are clearly understood.
- Coordinate with external partners, including teams operating in the Pacific Time zone.
- Support resource planning and capacity management across the program.
- Ensure that action items and decisions are documented and followed through.
- Monitor sprint velocity, release readiness,



quality metrics, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across program delivery processes.
- Escalate significant delivery, scope, resource, or quality risks to leadership.
- Help maintain alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in program management, project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, risks, and dependencies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, Secure, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing AI, generative AI, conversational AI, automation, or customer-service technology programs.
- Experience working with external technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise contact-centre, knowledge-management, or AI-assist solutions.
- Experience coordinating teams across India and North American time zones.
