Reporting Relationship: Associate General Manager Employment Type: Individual Consultant (IC Role) Role Purpose The Individual Consultant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure successful delivery within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive project outcomes while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities Define, document, and manage project scope, ensuring explicit boundaries and preventing scope creep through effective change control. Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, and dependency maps. Monitor project timelines, identify schedule variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, track project expenditures, monitor burn rates, and recommend measures to prevent budget overruns. Plan and allocate project resources effectively, coordinating with functional teams to ensure optimal utilization and timely availability of required resources. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining risk registers and contingency plans.

Manage project issues and blockers, facilitating timely resolution through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of communication between project teams,



business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and clients. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide accurate progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Ensure adherence to project governance, organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices. Track project deliverables, quality metrics, and acceptance criteria to ensure successful project completion. Facilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights, project analysis, and recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements across projects.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. Qualified certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are preferred. Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management.
