Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

- Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

- Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders to maintain transparency and build trust.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-19 years of experience in Project Management (Non IT).

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management principles.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
