We are looking for a responsible Technical Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and stakeholder management, with proven experience delivering projects across global clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management

- Plan, schedule, and execute technical projects (medium to large scale).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.




- Track progress using project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

1. Technical Oversight

- Understand software or system architecture and technical requirements.
- Review technical designs, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Provide input on technical feasibility and resource requirements.

1. Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers, QA, operations, and business teams.
- Conduct stand-ups, status meetings, and sprint reviews (in Agile setups).
- Communicate project updates, roadblocks, and outcomes to stakeholders and clients.

1. Quality & Process Management

- Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and organizational standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize project delivery.
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.

1. Resource & Budget Management

- Allocate and monitor resources effectively.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and timelines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of team capacity and tools.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project plans, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.

1. Typical Skills Required

- Project Management: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban.
- Technical Knowledge: Software development, cloud, infrastructure, data integration, or a domain relevant to the project.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines (depending on tech).
- Soft Skills: Communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, risk management.

Qualifications
- B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech (CSE), Any computer background + Management background.
