Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Pune City for a Project Manager.

The Project

Manager will oversee and manage various interior design projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, planning and scheduling project timelines, allocating budgets, managing resources, and supervising teams of contractors and suppliers. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, troubleshooting project issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and delivering projects on-time and within budget.

Qualifications

Project Management skills: Expertise in planning, scheduling, resource allocation,



budgeting, and risk management.

Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and contractors, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering concepts, construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in civil, structural, MEP, and interior work domains.

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Capable of identifying challenges, finding practical solutions, and making decisions efficiently under pressure.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related fields. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP are a plus.

Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in construction or interiors, preferably with exposure to high-end residential, commercial, or office developments.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).

Attention to Detail: Acumen for ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project specifications.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks effectively.
