Key Responsibilities Lead and manage aerospace manufacturing projects from initiation to completion

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with customer requirements

Oversee risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies

Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards

Implement quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Resolve project issues and conflicts

Manage resource allocation and optimize project efficiency

Lead and mentor project team members

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Participate in contract negotiations and customer meetings

Identify and pursue opportunities for project expansion or improvement

Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development of aerospace manufacturing best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Sciences, or related field

Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification preferred

5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industry

Proven track record of successfully managing aerospace manufacturing projects





Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance

Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation techniques

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Experience in contract negotiation and customer relationship management
