Company Description MDD MEDICAL SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is a critical care medical infrastructure company specializing in turnkey projects for healthcare facilities. Role Description The Project Manager is a full time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site coordination with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will oversee turnkey critical care infrastructure projects from planning through execution, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; tracking project progress and deliverables; resolving issues; and preparing status reports and documentation.

The Project

Manager will also manage procurement and expediting activities, monitor logistics and inspection processes,



and ensure that all installations and commissioning meet company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage vendor follow-ups, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and components.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to supervise site activities, verify quality and safety standards, and support testing and commissioning.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, site inventory, and coordination between warehouses, vendors, and project locations.
- Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects (e.g., medical gas pipelines, OT, ICU, CSSD) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and documentation practices, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
