Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of high-rise building projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.
- Manage end-to-end execution of Civil, MEP, Finishing, and External Development works while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Possess hands-on experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, manpower deployment, and material procurement to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials, architects and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams, including engineers, supervisors, billing engineers, quality engineers.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure execution in accordance with approved designs and CPWD standards.
- Resolve technical issues at site by providing practical engineering solutions and maintaining smooth coordination between Civil and MEP activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in execution of multistorey building projects.
- Mandatory experience in CPWD projects.




- Mandatory experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction.
- Strong exposure to Civil, MEP, Finishing, and project coordination.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, execution, and project control capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of CPWD specifications, contract management, quality standards, and billing procedures.
- Robust leadership, decision-making, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills with the ability to represent the organization during technical discussions.
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to work under demanding timelines and deliver projects within schedule.
