Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within BFSI & Lending domain. The role focuses on planning, execution, client coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related communication.
- Conduct regular status updates, governance meetings, and progress reviews.
- Ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and risks.

3. Team Coordination & Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Support team development and foster a high-performance work environment.

Financial & Resource Management

- Track project budgets, Revenue, P&L; effort estimates, and resource utilization.
- Experience in handling Fixed-Price and/or T&M; projects.

5. Contract & Scope Management

- Ensure adherence to project scope and Statement of Work (SoW).
- Identify and manage scope changes with proper approvals.
- Support commercial discussions related to change requests.

6. BFSI /Lending Domain Understanding

- Apply domain knowledge in banking, lending to project execution.
- Ensure alignment with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in IT project management (preferably experienced in software implementation or Change request projects).
- Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in BFSI /Lending domain (Banking, Lending, LOS, preferred).
- Good understanding of project financials, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling Fixed-Price and/or T&M; projects.
