Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in Banking Finance, General Ledger (GL), and Accounting. The role involves managing finance transformation projects, ledger migration, GL mapping, business analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Manage General Ledger (GL) migration and account mapping activities.
- Define accounting schemas for recent products, businesses, and systems.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies.
- Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Design and execute UAT test cases.
- Validate accounting entries and reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Project Management

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.




- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Standardize GL mapping and migration processes.
- Present project status to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.
- Build strong relationships across Finance, IT, PMO, and Operations teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Banking Finance or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Banking Accounting.
- Experience in Finance Transformation or Finance Projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
