We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale defence programs involving cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing, OEM partners, suppliers, and customers.

Experience - Min 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic defence projects from contract award to customer acceptance and final handover.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Engineering, R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Development, and external partners to ensure successful programme execution.
- Translate customer requirements, RFPs, GSQRs, ATPs, and contractual commitments into executable project plans.
- Drive system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), customer demonstrations, field trials, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, scope, risks, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership and customers.
- Manage technology partners, subcontractors, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery and contractual compliance.




- Establish project governance, reporting dashboards, and best practices aligned with PMO standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.

- Configuration Management
- Knowledge of Defence procurement processes, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), contractual milestones, and customer acceptance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and field trial locations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Defence Simulation & Training Systems.
- Exposure to Counter-Drone Systems, Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar/RF Systems, Autonomous Systems, Naval Platforms, or Unmanned Technologies.
- Experience working with international OEMs, defence partners, or PMO environments.
