We are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead offshore cybersecurity engagements and ensure successful delivery of complex security projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking highly organized and client-focused Project Managers to manage end-to-end delivery of offshore cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with global stakeholders, technical teams, customers, and leadership while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and experience handling cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple offshore cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with SOC, Network Security, Cloud Security, IAM, DevSecOps, GRC, and Infrastructure teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal delivery teams.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Track project progress using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation including project charters, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Coordinate resource planning with delivery managers and technical leads.




- Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project closure and customer handover.
- Support continuous process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.

Preferred Knowledge (Good to Have)

Exposure to cybersecurity concepts or projects will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory. Candidates with strong IT project management experience from other technology domains are also encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:

- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar)
- Microsoft Defender
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
- Network Security and Firewalls
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Security Compliance Frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2)

Note: Prior experience managing cybersecurity projects is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Candidates with experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, software development, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects are equally encouraged to apply.

(Hands-on technical expertise is not mandatory but understanding cybersecurity projects is essential.)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.




- MBA or PGDM is an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

One or more of the following:

- PMP
- PRINCE2
- PMI-ACP
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- ITIL Foundation
- Agile Scrum Certification

Experience
- 6–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing offshore or global delivery projects.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
