Key Responsibilities

- Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.

- Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

- Handle all contractual correspondence and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.

- Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.

- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors,



suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Proactively manage project timelines and mitigate delays.

- Notify stakeholders formally of any project delays, following contract clauses.

- Prepare and manage claims related to changes, delays, or disputes.

- Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

- Ensure timely billing and receivables collection.

- Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.

- Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Desired Profile

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project management

- Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required

- Location: Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala
