We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team.

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Collaborate with government departments, agencies, and external partners to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Measure project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:





- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all projects adhere to government policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all project deliverables.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure optimal productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- B. Tech/BE (IT, CS or related field), and MBA
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or e-governance sector.
- Proven experience managing projects within the government or public sector is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the complete end-to-end Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Certifications (desirable): PMP/ Prince2/ CMMI/ PMI-ACP or Equivalent
