- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within financial constraints.

- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a team-oriented work environment.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

- Compliance

- Ensure all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.

- Establish contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

- Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the scope.

- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly. PowerPlay

- Contract Management

- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes that arise.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management within the civil construction industry.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
