Role: Project Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 15 Years

:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities for government/social sector projects.

- Develop project implementation plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

- Coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners for effective project execution and monitoring.

- Manage project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, planning, execution, progress tracking, risk management, and final closure.

- Monitor project progress through regular reviews, dashboards, MIS reports, and performance indicators to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Lead preparation and review of project reports, presentations, status updates, and documentation for senior management and departmental reviews.

- Identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and ensure smooth project implementation.

- Facilitate coordination among technical, functional,



and field teams to ensure seamless integration and achievement of project deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, government processes, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

- Provide strategic guidance, leadership, and capacity building support to project teams for successful implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Subject Matter Expert with 12 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Government Projects, PMU Operations, Programme Management, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;), or Development Sector Projects.

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA), Project Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, or any allied discipline from a recognized institute/university.

- Relevant certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) and experience in managing large-scale government/development projects will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
