Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of all project activities.

- Review project requirements, artwork specifications, and technical information to ensure accuracy before production.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and tracking records throughout the project lifecycle.





- Ensure project information is complete and accurately communicated to production teams for execution.

- Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and Project Coordinators, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.

- Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare project reports, performance updates, and status summaries for internal stakeholders..
