Project leader handles a team of Project engineers who are responsible for development of projects for the customers.
- Programming architecture defining and development
- Guiding the team for better design of controls and software architecture and logic
- Time management of the resources for execution of the project
- Communicate with the customer on the technical design for approval
- Coordination for commissioning activities
- Manage the material procurement for the projects
- Coordinating for support activities
- Reviewing the engineer on performance and providing training
