10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and Microservices

Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications

Experience in mentoring developers and driving technical excellence within the team

Positive understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and secure application development

Experience in database design, SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning

Experience with CI/CD process, Git, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills

Insurance domain experience is preferred

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure, for successful project delivery

Support production releases, client discussions, and critical business activities as required
