Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 1220 years of experience in luxury hotels, high-end villas, premium residential projects, or luxury apartments.

- Robust knowledge of end-to-end construction processes, project execution, quality control, budgeting, and contractor management.

- Experience in handling high-end finishes, renovation works, and luxury construction projects.

- Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate should be based in Goa or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee renovation and construction activities from planning to completion.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

- Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.

- Prepare regular project status reports for management.

Preferred Industry: Luxury Hospitality, Premium Residential, High-End Villas, Luxury Apartments, and Renovation Projects.
