Position Summary The Project Head will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of multiple corporate interior fit-out projects. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, resource allocation, client management, quality assurance, and timely delivery while ensuring adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial interior projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple corporate interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop comprehensive project execution strategies to achieve quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Design, Planning, Procurement, QS, MEP, Site Execution, and Client teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution challenges.

Project Planning & Resource Management
- Review project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Allocate Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and supporting teams across projects.
- Drive productivity and operational efficiency across all project sites.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and vendors.




- Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely approvals and smooth project communication.

Commercial & Financial Management
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, billing, and profitability.
- Review cost reports and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual implications.
- Coordinate with the Finance and QS teams for billing certification and revenue realization.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all projects comply with company quality standards and client specifications.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes across projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Conduct regular site audits to maintain execution excellence.

Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management with practical solutions.
- Drive timely resolution of project bottlenecks.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, and project support teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent development and succession planning within the Projects department.

Reporting & Governance
- Present project status reports, dashboards, and MIS to senior leadership.




- Review project KPIs including timelines, cost performance, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Drive adherence to project governance and organizational processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Project Management or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in Project Management within the Corporate Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build industry.
- Proven experience in leading multiple large-scale commercial interior projects.
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
