Position: Project Head Civil (Plant / Factory Construction)

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Head Civil to lead large-scale industrial / factory construction projects within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield plant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete lifecycle of civil construction projects (planning to commissioning)
- Drive execution of industrial / factory / plant construction projects
- Manage project timelines, cost control, and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory norms
- Lead contractor management, vendor negotiations, and execution strategy
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication




- Implement best practices in construction methodologies and project optimization.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 20+ years of experience in Civil Engineering (Industrial / Plant Projects)
- Current/Recent experience ONLY in Defence or Aerospace industry (MANDATORY)
- Proven track record in factory / plant construction / EPC projects
- Strong leadership experience managing large-scale teams and projects
- Expertise in greenfield project execution

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (Full time)
- Experience handling high-value industrial infrastructure projects
