Hiring: Project Engineers / Site Engineers Civil + Interior Fit-Out

Location: North Bangalore / Bengaluru

We are looking to hire 3 to 4 high-energy Project Engineers / Site Engineers who want to grow with a company that is building a new benchmark for how luxury properties are executed and furnished in India.

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years preferred

Ideal Background:

Civil engineering, site execution, interior fit-out, premium residential interiors, commercial fit-out, developer projects, show apartments, marketing offices, MEP coordination or finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site execution

Coordinate civil, interior and fit-out works

Read and interpret drawings

Coordinate vendors and subcontractors

Track daily progress, manpower and materials

Deliver highest Quality output in construction and Fitout

Support procurement and material planning

Prepare site updates and progress reports

Maintain quality and finishing standards





Assist in snagging, handover and client coordination

Use structured reporting, checklists and AI-enabled project tools

What We Are Looking For:

Strong site execution ability

Understanding of both civil and interior works

Good knowledge of finishing sequence

Ability to coordinate vendors and labour

High ownership and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable with site travel and fast-paced project timelines

Valuable communication skills

Willingness to learn premium detailing and global execution standards

Basic AutoCAD, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills preferred
