Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Execution Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of site activities, including material management, installation supervision, and inventory maintenance. The ideal candidate will handle multiple project sites in and around the assigned region, ensuring smooth execution of installation activities as per project timelines and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Site Coordination & Supervision

- Coordinate and conduct Project Kick-off Meetings with internal teams and site representatives.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities at multiple installation sites.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability and execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to review progress and ensure all installation work is carried out as per project specifications and safety norms.
- Identify any gaps or deviations and report them proactively to management.
- Initiate and follow up on regular payments from installation sites and contractors to ensure timely billing and collection.

1. Material & Inventory Management

- Plan, request, and track all required materials for ongoing and upcoming installations.
- Maintain accurate site-wise inventory records of materials received, issued, and utilized.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores team for material dispatch and replenishment.




- Monitor material utilization to minimize wastage at each site.

1. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Track project timelines, daily progress, and key milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them proactively.
- Ensure all documentation, site photos, and installation reports are updated regularly.

1. Team & Vendor Management:

- Supervise site teams, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation across multiple sites based on project needs.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Lead vendor development initiatives for installation partners to enhance capability and reliability.

1. Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure adherence to company safety standards and site-specific regulations.
- Conduct regular EHS (Workplace, Health, and Safety) and quality checks at all working sites.
- Ensure compliance with all EHS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of invoices against SITC sites and installation sites in line with project milestones and completion certificates.

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of project execution and material management.
- Basic understanding of installation process.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and basic project documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP or any similar ERP software would be preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on field management ability.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.
