Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed College with 75% and above in 10th / 12th

Project Engineer - HVAC

Industry Type:

HVAC & Cleanroom for Hygiene and Industrial applications like Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics, Semiconductor, Automobile etc.

Employment Type:

Full Time & Permanent

- Generating Monthly Achievable targets (Revenue & Collection)
- Capable of Handle minimum two projects.
- Planning & co-ordination of execution of HVAC system.
- Coordinating with the in-house design department, purchase department & logistics for the smooth execution of project.
- Attending coordination & design review meetings with client & consultant.
- Liaising with the Support SITE Manager and the client to keep informed of all developments associated with the project.
- Preparation of project schedule & cash flow statements to ensure proper tracking of project.
- Responsible for preparing Material purchase request with proper, clear specification & correct quantity.
- Managing material & manpower mobilization at site.
- Responsibility for proper execution of projects at site & maintain quality control.
- Documentation related to project & site.
- Participate in regular client meetings at a senior level to ensure an excellent working relationship is maintained,



through the consistent delivery of quality service.
- Proposing alternative ways of completing a task in case of deviations from proposed design.
- Enhancing project profitability.
- Closer & handing over of the project with certificate of appreciation.
- Realization of all dues of company from the customer at closer.
- Coordination with site team for Statutory compliances like ESI, PF, Labor licenses.
- Basic knowledge in different applications like Pharma, Food & other clean room applications.
- Basic Knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom, Electrical, BMS.
- Basic knowledge of M.S Office, Power Point (PPT) & MS Project shall be preferred.
- Candidates worked in Contracting domain shall be given due weightage.

Position: Project Manager - HVAC

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering from reputed college with 75% and above in 10th / 12th

Role:

Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Industry Type:

HVAC & Cleanroom for Hygiene and Industrial applications like Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics, Semiconductor, Automobile etc.

Employment Type:

Full Time & Permanent

- Generating & Monitoring of Monthly Achievable targets (Revenue & Collection)
- Monitoring of Profit/Loss of Projects.
- Capable to Handle multiple Projects anywhere in India.




- Proper & timeliness of indenting (scope wise & technically) for timely finalization of suppliers and contractors.
- Timely Completion of Projects - Project Planning & Monitoring, Milestone completion.
- Timely and periodic claims towards project delay / Price volatility / Claims towards unexpected expenses, amendment cases.
- Professional handling of Client / Consultant / Vendors, timely handing over of project - Commissioning, Trouble shooting, Documentation, Validation.
- Timely mitigation of Risks / Hindrances - Commercial / Technical risk.
- Inter Department interfacing - Design, Commercial, Purchase, HR.
- Close coordination with PE / Site Team, Motivation & encouragement of Project team.
- Project Reconciliation - Supply v/s Erection - Monitoring for the undue supply and scrap management.
- Sector specific knowledge in different applications like Pharma, Food & other clean room applications.
- Valuable Knowledge of ISPE / ISO / ASHRAE / IS/NBC Codes/standards.
- Good Knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom, Electrical, BMS.
- Spearheading execution and commissioning of HVAC System in accordance with URS and other standards.
- Managing a wide variety of tasks such as scrutinizing the budget and cash flow, conducting training/ audits & so on.
- Scheduling & monitoring resources; reviewing project status during periodic project review meetings and Periodic Visits to site & Meeting anywhere in India.
- Showcasing excellence in setting up the technical infrastructure of the Unit with cost efficiency, time management and manpower planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of M.S Office, Email drafting, Power Point (PPT) & MS Project shall be preferred.
- Candidates worked in Contracting domain shall be given due weightage.
