Position Graduate Management Trainee

Salary CTC Rs. 2.5 LPA to 3.0 PLA

We are looking for Fresh Civil Engineers to coordinate and supervise our factory expansion and infrastructure development works.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate factory expansion and construction activities.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and construction teams for smooth project execution under the guidance of PMC
- Supervise civil works at the factory site and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate landscaping and external development works.
- Monitor vendors and contractors and track project progress.




- Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Report project updates to management.

Requirements

- B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and site supervision
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD / drawings
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
