- Conducting value analysis and value engineering studies.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities in product design and production processes.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement value improvement strategies.

- Evaluating the functionality of products/ Parts to ensure they meet needs while being cost-effective

- Developing detailed reports on value engineering findings and presenting them to stearing co.

- Conducting cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes

- Recommending design changes to enhance the value of products or services

- Tracking and reporting progress on value engineering projects • Providing training and support to team member on value engineering principles and practices

- Co-ordinate with division Engineers/ cross-functional teams to bring out the Full potential.

- Work on PDM/PLM systems associated with engineering release processes & systems.

- Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures and delivery of defect free output on-time.





- Maintain Project documents as per ISO procedures and comply with the Epiroc business code of practice.

- Support team in upgrading all the internal processes on continuous basis.

- Ensure effective and timely communication with customers and other stakeholders Manage and Upgrade the team competencies in line with the latest development.

- Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and Sustain positive customer relations.

Knowledge

- Experience in value engineering or cost management
- Professional certification in value engineering if any will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with value analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
