We Are Hiring | Project Coordinator – FF&E;

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Project Coordinator with proven experience in the FF&E; industry to support the successful execution of hospitality, residential, and fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination capabilities, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a solid understanding of FF&E; project workflows from procurement through final delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor FF&E; project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Work closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams
- Track material submissions, approvals, production status, and deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates




- Ensure all documentation and project records are maintained accurately
- Support project managers in resolving operational and coordination challenges Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the FF&E; industry
- Proven experience in project coordination, fit-out, or interior-related projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement and project execution processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
