- Monitors the project in line with the allocated budget
- Controls the financial performance of the project and ensures all costs are within defined budget
- Controls and mobilizes all resource requirements including project assets and ensures coordination across projects for allocation as per need instead of capex procurement.
- Drives profitability of project as per fixed target during tendering.
- Ensures achievement of monthly Turnover and Cash flow monthly target.
- Coordinates allotment of funds to site from time to time as per requirement
- Ensures posting of all bills in ERP for smooth operations
- Manages vendors payments as per priority ensuring nil defaulters
Project Execution
- Tracks Project timelines and milestones meticulously to ensure adherence
- Supervises all delays and works around for solutions catering to deadlines.
- Identifies project risks and consults key people for mitigation.
Customer Management
- Coordinates for Overall coordination with customers ensuring project progress in time
- Ensures processing of RA bills and other financial activities.
- Manages customer relations and ensures hassle free communication during the tenure of the project
- Review of all customer communication with regards to the project execution and impacts and escalates issues beyond control.
Vendor Management
- Sources and develops a vendor base technically and commercially sound for the specific scope of the project
- Drives vendor finalization post analysis of vendors capability and project scope
- Ensures booking of all bills in relation to the project
- Drives vendor payment based on priority and impact and ensuring project deliverables.
- Carries out all vendor negotiations to optimize execution and cost aspect for all projects
- Ensures adherence to all compliances, especially the Labour management.
Manage Stakeholders and compliances :
- Comply with all related compliances and ensure mitigation of Auditors observations.
- Drives all local compliances and last line of escalation for local disputes.
- Collaborate with all Stakeholders and project Team for performance updates
- Ensure corporate policies and compliances at site
- Presents reports that outline project progress, financial standings and any potential risks or deviations.
Link between Site and HO :
- Acts a link between the HO Management and site for all decisions
- Upholds all management decisions and their implementation at site.
