About the Role

S S INFRA is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and self-motivated Project Coordinator to support our Telecom Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Data Entry, MIS Reporting, Email Communication, Documentation, and Team Coordination. Candidates with experience in the Telecom industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, Vendors, and Internal Teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain project documentation and update Excel trackers.
- Handle professional email communication.
- Follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare project reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Support management with planning, reporting, and project coordination.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) or above.
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecom or any relevant industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, Internet,



and Data Management.
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Project Documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Salary & Growth opportunities
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month during the first 6 months.
- Salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance after successful completion of 6 months.
