The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting project activities while ensuring timely achievement of project objectives. The role involves working closely with project staff, beneficiaries, government departments, community stakeholders, donors, and partner organizations to ensure high-quality program implementation.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), MSW, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or program management.
- Experience working with NGOs, development organizations, healthcare, disability, or community-based programs.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects is desirable.
