Railtech Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the execution and monitoring of BLT, BT, and Railway Infrastructure Projects from our Head Office in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project planning, billing, project controls, budgeting, management reporting, and inter-departmental coordination. The role requires close interaction with multiple project sites to monitor progress, identify deviations, drive corrective actions, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor progress of multiple BLT, BT, and infrastructure projects from Head Office.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing, Procurement, QA/QC, Finance, and Contracts teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and physical progress against approved baselines.
- Review planned vs. actual progress and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Coordinate client billing, RA Bills, IPCs, BOQ execution, measurement books, and certification status.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and resource utilization.
- Implement project control mechanisms to improve project efficiency.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Analyze project performance, delays, billing progress, productivity, and financial status.
- Present management reports with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending site activities and critical action items.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and coordination records.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Experienced candidates may also apply)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5 10 years of experience in Railway Infrastructure, EPC, or Civil Construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, billing, budgeting, and project controls.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under strict timelines and deliver accurate management reports
