Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the execution of electrical infrastructure projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and site engineers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities with site teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, manpower, and equipment at site.
- Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, and corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, including work orders, drawings, approvals, DPRs, and completion records.
- Coordinate billing, measurement books (MB), work completion certificates, and client submissions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards,



and statutory requirements.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track project costs and assist in budget monitoring.
- Support project handover and final documentation.

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Electrical Distribution, HT/LT Networks, Underground Cable Laying, Overhead Line Works, and Substation Projects.
- Valuable understanding of project planning and execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project (preferred), and AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in projects involving

- 11kV / 33kV / 66kV / 132kV/ 220KV Electrical Works
- Underground Cable Laying
- Overhead Line Construction
- Substation Installation
- EPC / Utility Projects
- Tata Power, TPDDL, DISCOM, NDMC, PGCIL, or similar utility projects will be an added advantage.

Salary

Negotiable based on qualification and experience

Pay: ₹15,650.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
