We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, and field-oriented professionals to join our team as District Coordinator. The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing project activities at the district level, coordinating with government departments, FPOs, community institutions, and ensuring timely execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement project activities at the district level.

Liaise with district administration, line departments, and other stakeholders.

Support FPOs, SHGs, farmers, and community institutions.

Plan and conduct field visits, meetings, awareness programs, and training sessions.

Prepare project reports, documentation, and MIS.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Coordinate with the State Project Team for smooth project implementation.

Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.

Eligibility

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture,



Rural Development, Social Work, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO, rural development, agriculture, or livelihood projects.

Experience working with government schemes and community institutions will be preferred.

Robust communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
