Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate IT Networking projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of networking technologies, strong team management skills, and experience in coordinating field engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of IT networking and infrastructure projects.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field engineers, vendors, and clients.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and deployment of network infrastructure.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor field team performance.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment at project sites.
- Handle customer communication and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate site surveys, implementation, testing, and project handover.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to management when required.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure projects are completed within the defined timeline and quality standards.

Technical Knowledge Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- LAN/WAN Networking
- Internet Leased Line (ILL)
- Structured Cabling
- Fiber Optic Network
- Wi-Fi Deployment
- Routers, Switches & Firewalls
- VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP




- Network Troubleshooting
- Basic Network Monitoring
- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in IT Networking, Telecom, ISP, System Integration, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Solid project coordination and team management skills.
- Experience in coordinating field engineers and multiple project sites.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for project coordination when required.
