through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Manage and execute the billing process,



ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers, Perform cash reconciliations to track receipts and payments, identifying any discrepancies and resolving outstanding balances, Collaborate with the O2C team to streamline the billing and cash application processes, Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, Maintain up-to date billing system and customer files with contract details and correspondence, Generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect, and allocate payments, Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, Process adjustments, refunds, transfer bills, bill cancellations, and credit memos as needed, Communicate with clients regarding billing queries and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction, Assist with month-end closing by providing necessary reports and support.
- Additional Requirements: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently, Experience in a role that requires adherence to strict confidentiality and data protection policies, Ability to work in a team environment and support team members during peak periods.
- Technical skill: Should have experience in SAP, Oracle, High Radius, MS Excel, MS Teams, Blackline, Power BI

Qualification

- B.com,BBA,M.com,MBA

Experience

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
- Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and billing exception management
- Experience with Oracle ERP preferred (SAP exposure is a plus)
- Positive analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
