We are hiring a Project Billing & Operations Coordinator for our Lightning Protection System and Electrical/MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project documentation and billing process from receipt of the customer work order until payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Study customer purchase orders, BOQs, rates, quantities, billing conditions and payment terms.
- Prepare and maintain project order registers and billing trackers.
- Prepare purchase orders for OEMs, vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate material dispatches and maintain vendor and customer delivery challans.
- Reconcile purchased, delivered, installed, certified and billed quantities building-wise and tower-wise.
- Prepare supply invoices, RA bills, final bills and supporting documents.
- Prepare and follow up measurement sheets for client certification.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, customers, consultants, vendors and the accounts department.
- Track outstanding invoices and conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain project-wise files for work orders, BOQs, invoices, DCs, measurements, approvals and correspondence.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering project status, billing,



receivables and pending actions.
- Visit project sites and customer offices whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project billing, operations or project coordination.
- Experience in electrical contracting, MEP, fire protection, HVAC, construction or interior contracting is preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a graduate with relevant project-billing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Understanding of BOQs, purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, RA bills and measurement sheets.
- Must be accurate, organised, responsible and solid in follow-up.
- Must be comfortable visiting sites and customer offices.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Location: Thane Employment: Full Time – Work from Office with Site Visits Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skills Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month Site travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.
