We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead and manage large-scale architectural and interior projects for government organizations and private developers. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, project execution, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design development, working drawings, and detailing for architectural and interior projects
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural), clients, and project teams
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation as per project schedules
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and site executions
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Handle client presentations, design discussions, and approvals
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes,



standards, and regulations

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in architectural design, detailing, and execution
- Experience in large-scale interior fit-outs and architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, MS Office
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site coordination
- Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualification Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in government projects (CPWD/PWD/PSU)
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end project lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
