Role Description We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project/Account Coordinator Intern (Remote) to support client servicing and project management at our creative agency, Clyo Creative. You'll work closely with our founders, design team, and video/marketing partners, gaining hands-on experience in client communication and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients on branding, website, design,



and social media projects

Coordinate with our design team and video/editing partners to keep deliverables on schedule

Track project timelines and milestones, and maintain accurate status updates

Do a first-pass review of work before it goes out to clients

Maintain records of client feedback and project documentation

Address basic client queries and flag anything that needs founder input Requirements 0-1 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once

Comfort working independently in a remote setup

Interest in marketing, branding, or design is a plus
