- Verify prescriptions & patient documents as per program guidelines.
- Create & maintain patient records in CRM system.
- Schedule HCP consultations, device demos, and follow-up calls.
Required Candidate profile
- D.Pharm / DMLT / Any diploma / degree in healthcare related field is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and telecalling tools.
